You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must be 18+ and authorized to enter contracts.
Plans are billed monthly: Hustle $97, Operator $197, Empire $397. Subscriptions auto-renew. No refunds for partial months.
AI-generated comps, offers, and summaries are informational only. DealGlide AI does not provide real estate, legal, or financial advice. Always verify independently.
You are solely responsible for TCPA compliance. You must obtain written consent before contacting any individual via SMS or call. DealGlide AI is not liable for your TCPA violations.
Do not use DealGlide AI for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or to harm others. Violations result in immediate termination.
Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may terminate accounts violating these terms. You may cancel anytime. Access continues until end of paid period.
Governed by Florida law. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, FL.
